Refund policy

At DahWear, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process.

 

Section 1 - Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

1.1 Time Frame: Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

1.2. Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, and undamaged. All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

1.3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.

 

Section 2 - Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

2.1 Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not returnable.

2.2 Personalized Products: Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2.3 Hygiene Products: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings, socks, and undergarments cannot be returned.

 

Section 3 - Return Process

3.1 Initiate Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@dahwear.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions.

3.2 Prepare Your Return: Pack the items securely in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Ensure the RAN is clearly written on the outside of the return package.

3.3 Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

 

Section 4 - Inspection and Processing

 

4.1. Inspection: Once your return is received, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.

4.2. Processing Time: Upon approval, your return will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

Section 5 -  Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

 

Section 6 - Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at returns@dahwear.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include offering a replacement or refund.
